Antoine, jeune écervelé s’éprend d’une prostituée des boulevards. Elle est assassinée sans motif apparent dans la maison close où elle travaille.
Antoine est mis sur le banc des accusés. Il s’enfuit du tribunal mais ctte aventure se terminera tragiquement pour lui.
Une série de meurtres sauvages se perpétuent à la suite de sa fuite.
Un commissaire prend l’affaire en main et croise un étrange docteur aux travaux tenus jalousement secrets.
Une enquête dirigée par la Brigade anti-gang prétend remonter la filière et mettre un terme à ces crimes.
